We are very pleased to announce that two experienced lawyers joined the team of our law firm – Marta Zavadilová and Tomáš Munzar. You find the brief CVs of both new members of our team below.
Marta graduated in law from Charles University in Prague (2003 Masters, 2007 Ph.D.). In 2001 she passed one year Erasmus/Socrates Program in private law at the University Passau, Germany. Before joining Bříza & Trubač, she worked for several years as senior legal advisor in private international law and judicial cooperation in civil matters at the Ministry of Justice. Since 2018 she has been working as senior lecturer of private international law at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University.
Tomáš graduated in law from Charles University in Prague in 2016. During his studies, he started working at the Investment Arbitration and Investment Protection Unit of the Ministry of Finance in 2014 and was in charge of the unit from January 2016 to August 2017. Before joining Bříza & Trubač, he was involved in the provision of general legal services.
